Housewrap - BMR - 3' x 100'

This synthetic building wrap is made of non-woven polypropylene with a breathable coating. It is airtight and waterproof, preventing infiltration while allowing vapour to escape thanks to its breathable properties, avoiding condensation and mould. It can be applied to various materials such as plywood, OSB panels, gypsum board, brick, stucco, wood, or vinyl.
