This synthetic building wrap is made of non-woven polypropylene with a breathable coating. Airtight and waterproof, it prevents infiltration while allowing vapour to escape due to its breathable properties, thus preventing condensation and mould. It is compatible with several materials like plywood, OSB panels, gypsum, brick, stucco, wood, or vinyl.
