Wood Screw - #8 x 1" - Coarse Thread - Zinc-Plated - 100/Pkg

Designed for wood and particle board joinery, these #8 x 1" zinc-plated screws drive cleanly using an angled pilot hole of about 15° to join two pieces. The pan washer head provides a wide bearing surface, and the square drive offers positive engagement. Coarse threads run to the head for strong hold, while the sharp wood point starts quickly in standard wood applications. Clamping is not required, and glue can be added if desired.
