BMR GROUP AND TRAVAUX SOLUTIONS HAVE ENTERED INTO A COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT
Boucherville, October 3, 2018 – Today, BMR Group and Travaux Solutions are pleased to announce that they have entered into a commercial agreement. By this agreement, BMR Group shall become a shareholder of Travaux Solutions, a young, family-owned Québec company that specializes in referring construction and renovation contractors to help customers proceed with their interior or exterior work projects.
Through its partnership with Travaux Solutions in about 30 BMR renovation centres since 2015, BMR Group has seen that the company offers high quality services and that its popularity is growing among the clientele. “This strategic alliance looks very promising for the future. From the very beginning, Travaux Solutions has shown sustained growth and will now allow us to extend our value chain with turnkey services that will drive renovation projects,” said Pascal Houle, CEO of BMR Group.
