The steel central stringer system allows you to join and solidify 3 Pylex steel stringers (not included) as well as its steps to obtain a unique and modern central stringer. It supports an allowable load of hundred pound per square foot and an ultimate load of 144-lb per square foot. This stringer allows the installation of 11 in deep steps and is compatible with wood, steel, fiberglass steps, etc. Each box includes a connection system and installation bolts for one step. The number of boxes required is one more than the number of stringer steps. Always requires the purchase of 3 Pylex steel stringers.
