OFFICIAL CONTEST RULE: Job Site Tour

OFFICIAL RULES

“Job Site Tour” is a contest held by BMR Group Inc. (the “contest organizers”). It will take place on BMR.ca from April 27, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. EDT to July 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “contest period”). No purchase necessary.

 

ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to all private persons of legal age residing in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick or Nova Scotia at the time of entry. However, all persons for whom the promotional contest is held, their employers, representatives and agents, and all persons with whom they are domiciled are prohibited from entering the contest.

 

HOW TO ENTER

Eligible persons wishing to enter the contest must complete an online form, available at : https://www.bmr.ca/en/job-site-tour-contest on BMR.ca.

Limit one entry per email address for the duration of the contest.

PRIZE

There is three (3) grand prize to be won with a total value of $1920, consisting of one (1) 20V MAX* XR® 3-speed drill/driver and impact driver kit with XR POWERPACK™ batteries (value of $599), along with one (1) 7 1/4 in. 60V MAX* FLEXVOLT® cordless brushless circular saw with brake (value of $599.98), one (1) TOUGHSYSTEM® 2.0 rolling storage system (value of $359.98), and one (1) Bluetooth radio with charger (value of $359.98).

 

DRAW

The winners will be determined by random draw from all participants on July 8, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. EDT, in Boucherville, at the BMR office located at 1501 Ampère Street, Suite 200.

The contest organizers will email the winners at the address provided in their contest entry form. The winners will be asked to reply to an email from the contest organizers to claim the prize.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

 

CLAIMING A PRIZE

Before being declared a winner, the selected participant must:

  1. Reply to the email from the contest organizers no more than 72 hours after the initial email was sent. The winner must follow the given instructions. If the organizers attempt to email the winner and the message fails to be received, that winner will be disqualified, and a new winner will be determined, for that prize only, in the same manner as provided for in the Draw section, as soon as possible.
  2. Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question when they contact the contest organizers by email.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Verification. To be declared winner, the selected participant must meet the contest entry conditions and the eligibility requirements provided for in the present rules. Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the winner’s automatic disqualification, and a new winner will be determined for the prize in question. Any entry that is either fraudulent or registered or submitted late may be rejected and will not be eligible for either the random draw or a prize.

The names of the winners will be announced on July 15, 2026, on BMR.ca.

Communication with participants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with the contest participants except in compliance with the rules, at the contest organizers’ initiative or in the context of a business relationship already established between the participants and the contest organizers.

Prize acceptance. The prize must be accepted as described in the present rules and can at no time be transferred in whole or in part to another party, replaced by another prize, or exchanged for cash, except as provided for in the following paragraph.

Prize substitution. In the event that it is impossible, difficult, or costlier for the contest organizers to award the prize (or part of the prize) as described in the present rules, BMR Group Inc. reserves the right to replace the prize (or part of the prize) with one of the same kind and of equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, with the cash value of the prize (or part of the prize) as indicated in the present rules.

 

Limitation of liability:

Use of the prize. By entering this contest, all participants release the contest organizers, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or associated with the contest organizers, and their advertising and promotional agencies, employees, representatives and agents from any liability for any damages resulting from the acceptance or use of their prize.

Authorization. By entering the contest, the participant authorizes BMR Group Inc. to use, if necessary, their name, Facebook profile picture, city, voice, image or statements related to their prize for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation. The winner waives any moral rights and assigns to BMR a Division of Sollio Cooperative Group any economic rights associated with the use or distribution of their name or image related to their prize for advertising, commercial or other purposes.

Disqualification. Any entry or attempted entry using electronic, automated or other means contrary to the spirit of the contest (e.g., computer piracy, bots, multiple email accounts) will be automatically disqualified and may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities. The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify a participant or cancel one or more entries if the person is entering or attempting to enter the contest using means that do not comply with the present rules or that are unfair to the other participants.

Contest modifications.  BMR a Division of Sollio Cooperative Group reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the contest without notice, subject to any necessary approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.

Dispute. For Quebec residents, any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties resolve the dispute.

Decisions made by the contest organizers. Any decision made by the contest organizers or their representatives relating to this contest is final and binding, subject to any decision by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, with respect to any matter within its jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability: operation of the contest. BMR Group Inc. is not responsible for any non-compatibility or failure of the participant’s computer equipment that may prevent them from participating in the contest.
