Appointment of Martin-Charles Pilon as Vice President, Information Technology

Boucherville, April 15, 2025 – BMR is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Martin-Charles Pilon as Vice President, Information Technology (IT). Effective Wednesday, April 30, he will report to Mr. Antonio Di Pasquale, Chief Executive Officer – Operations.

With more than 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of technological strategies, organizational transformation and the implementation of major initiatives, Mr. Pilon joins BMR after working for many years with Master Group, an international HVAC-R solutions distribution company. During his career, Mr. Pilon has held several leadership positions in large organizations, including General Manager, Information Technology and Emerging Technologies at Astral Media/Bell Canada and Director, Information Technology, Business Relations at Cirque du Soleil. Until recently, he was Vice President, Information Technology and Digital at Master Group. 

Mr. Pilon holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal and is a seasoned project management professional. Recognized by his peers as a passionate, motivating and results-oriented leader, he offers innovative solutions and fosters a culture of continuous improvement within teams.
