BMR 360 REWARD PROGRAM - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q1 : I lost/broke my card/My card was stolen. What should I do?

R : In case of loss or theft of a BMR 360 Card, the cardholder must ask for a new card in store before contacting the BMR 360 customer service at 1-877-817-2700 option 1 to have the points and the profile transferred from the old card to the new card issued in store.

Q2 : I don’t have a password/I lost the password to access my account. What should I do?

R : Click on Connection and then on Forgot your password? You will receive a new password at the email address you listed in your activation form. If no email address was linked to your account, you (the cardholder) must call the BMR 360 program customer service at 1-877-817-2700 option 1, to add a valid email address to your account so you may receive a temporary password.

Q3 : There are points missing from my account. What should I do?

 R : The cardholder must go to the BMR store where the purchases were made with the sales receipt and the BMR 360 Card. It is left to the discretion of each dealer to award the missing points or not. No point adjustment can be made via the reward program customer service. 

Q4 : I have more than one BMR 360 Card. Can I transfer my points on a single card?

R :  Yes, however, only one card will remain active after the transfer. Some conditions apply. Call customer service at 1-877-817-2700 option 1.

Q5 : How do I earn and redeem BMR 360 points?

R : A BMR 360 cardholder accumulates BMR 360 Points (one point per dollar spent) on every purchase made at a participating BMR store, except on taxes charged on taxable goods and services and on other items excluded from the program (determined by Groupe BMR inc.).

To use the points you accumulated, simply show your BMR 360 Card at the checkout counter before the end of the transaction. The staff of the participating store could ask to see an ID document.
