International Maple Syrup Color Grading Kit

This color comparator (colorimeter) allows you to visually assess the color of maple syrup according to the international classification of maple syrup. The box includes reference bottles for the gold, amber and dark colors as well as a sample bottle that allows you to place your maple syrup in order to be able to compare it to the three reference bottles.
