“These panels are made of half-inch PVC polymer, the thickest in the industry,” says Darryl Pollock, Distribution Manager at Trusscore. “Their unique design makes them very strong yet remarkably lightweight. They are actually hollow, with truss reinforcement, hence the name Trusscore.”

Trusscore panels are 16 inches wide and available in standard lengths: 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 20 feet. Their tongue-and-groove edges make them easy to interlock for precise and meticulous fitting, and they can be cut to accommodate buildings of every height.

“One of Trusscore’s most ingenious features is its moisture resistance,” says Pollock. “It does not swell when wet and is made of a non-porous material that prevents the growth of mould and bacteria, which is an undeniable advantage for maintaining biosecurity in farm facilities. Trusscore is also highly waterproof and will not deteriorate after installation, even in places with high levels of humidity.”

Farmers can use pressure washers and common cleaning products and disinfectants on Trusscore without damaging the finish. Trusscore comes with a lifetime warranty and meets Canadian Food Inspection Agency health requirements for use in stables, meat processing plants and fruit and vegetable warehouses.

“In addition, Trusscore’s reflective white finish amplifies natural and artificial light, which can reduce energy costs in farm buildings,” says Pollock.

Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard can also be combined with SlatWall, another Trusscore product. SlatWall is an on-the-wall organization system that can be used to hang tools from hooks and install shelves to declutter your workshop or farm building workspace. Hooks and shelves easily snap into the panels—no nails or screws required. SlatWall can hold up to 75 pounds per square foot and seamlessly integrates with Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard. The panels are durable, light, waterproof and highly resistant.
